I’ve been having an issue where I hit a certain Rank that I no longer receive REQ packs for leveling up.
I’m currently a rank 29 and haven’t received any since around level 22 is anyone else having this issue?

I’ve gotten them every rank, and I’m also a 29. They just don’t say the rank on them, they say “Promotion Pack” instead. But the level does come every 5-10 levels it seems.
Hitting certain levels like evert 5 or 10 will get you the level oack while you are supposed to get one promotion pack every level.
