Not receiving purchased gold multipacks.

Bought the gold req multipack for 29.99. When I go to the unopened pack screen there is nothing there and it perpetually makes the noise like it’s loading content but nothing happens. Called Microsoft support they instructed me to cycle my system and when nothing was there they refunded my money and told me to purchase again. I did,and then myself and the customer support guy waited about 30 min listening to the audio que that content was downloading at which point he refunded me a second time and told me to contact game maker. This is the only way I can see to do so on site.

Check Waypoint. It usually updates long before the game does. If not, you should have them by tommorrow: 343i is very good about ensuring that you receive every REQ Pack you buy or unlock.

There really isn’t, though. The Support Forum ends up being operated by fellow users outside of the occasional General Bug PSA. This problem has happened in the past, and I know from first-hand experience that the missing REQ Packs will almost always be resolved by the next morning.

I have also made purchases in the past with no issue.
