I bought the limited edition of halo 5 and When the game launched I did not receive my advanced packs And same with when the new week started. So I’ve lost out on 4 advanced req packs. Can someone help me with this issue?
Same problem here. It prompts me to open my “warzone req” pack and when i do i get a message that says "you already own this item. You can access it in your ‘my games and apps’ section of your console.
My problem is because i have two xbox ones and pre ordered two copies of h5 deluxe ed. that way my son and i could both have the pre order bonuses. Well his works fine. But i just get the stupid error message.

I thought I didn’t get my second set until I cautiously clicked thru the WZ packs in the purchase section and it moved two packs into my queued to open menu.
any resolution I’m missing 2q promotional advanced packs for the halo controllers???
