Not Receiving MCC Nameplates

Hello. I am wondering if ANYONE else has had this issue. As I’m sure many of you know, there are two events currently active. The first is the October flood event, awarding the flood nameplate each Friday to whoever has completed the challenge thus far. I have completed the challenge and even completed is twice on Friday to make doubley sure, yet I never recieved the nameplate.

The other is lesser publicly known, however it is the same issue. As an MCC insider, I am playing the Reach play test. There are two nameplates that I can unlock: the MCC insider for completing 5 games, and the MCC insider plus for completing 12. I did not sign up for bonus awards, however in the email it was specified that I would upon completion of these requirements, yet I still have not recieved them.

So in total, there are 3 nameplates I should have received but have yet to show on my in game account (Flood, MCC Insider, and MCC Insider Plus). Is there anyone else having this issue? If so, is there a explanation or a fix?

The Insider nameplates will be granted manually post-flight, though they have yet to announce a date.
I’m unsure of how the Flood nameplates will be handled but I assume it’ll be a reasonably similar case.

All special nameplates for MCC events are granted manually by the team, this is done in the weeks following the events as it can take some time to collate all the gamertags and do waves of unlocks. As long as you have met the criteria for them all, they will be added to your account once the unlocks start.
