Both my friend and I completed the Campaign on Legendary but didn’t give either of us the Armor or the Visor. Does anyone know why this is happening? Or how to fix it?

You have to complete the game while signed in to xbox live. Any time you sign out you need to restart the level from SCRATCH for it to register.
Check your commendations. Check the campaign part and see if all of your levels show up as complete on legendary.
Thanks guys. We did it system linked to avoid lag because there are just too many enemies at any given time and the lag gets so bad that one of us lags out. Thanks for the info though.
