Not receiving e-mails?

So in my profile settings I entered my e-mail address and set it to send me daily e-mails about a week ago but have not received one. I’m confused, has this happened to anyone else? I’ve checked my junk mail and everything.

In order to receive email notifications:

  • You must have a verified email address - You must have followed one or more topics - For hourly notifications, you will receive notifications when a user, other than yourself, has replied to the topic you are following from the previous hour, on the hour (eg you’ll receive notifications for responses to the topic at 2pm PST for all responses that happened between 1pm and 2pm PST) - For daily notifications, you will receive notifications when a user, other than yourself, has replied to the topic you are following from the previous 24 hours, at 12pm PST daily - For weekly notifications, you will receive notifications when a user, other than yourself, has replied to the topic you are following from the previous 7 days, at 12pm PST on Friday, weekly.If you want to ensure you’re receiving notifications, you could try

  • Configure your notifications to be hourly (temporarily if you that is not your normal desired notification cadence) - Temporarily follow one of the top forum topics from the forum page - Verify that you receive an hourly notification on the next hourHope that helps.

Thanks a lot Stolbergpower, this answers my question completely, I will try doing the hourly notification to see if that changes anything.
