Not receiving DLC leader cards in Blitz packs

So I have this problem where I noticeably am not receiving ANY Blitz cards belonging to any of the DLC leaders from my Blitz packs, even though I own and have installed all of them because of my purchase of the Ultimate Edition. Thus, whenever I open Blitz packs, the only cards I am receiving are those that belong to all the original leaders in the game (Atriox, Isabel, Cutter, etc) and Forge. I cannot receive any of the exclusive cards that belong to the new DLC leaders that require purchase (Inferno for Kinsano, Bunker Drop for Johnson, etc).

As I have mentioned, I own the Season Pass from the Ultimate Edition. I can use all the DLC leaders and their cards in Blitz, but the problem is that I can’t receive their cards in packs, which is a hindrance for me because then all my cards belonging to the DLC leaders are stuck perpetually at level zero, thus making it impossible for me to bring them to their full potential and leaving me at a disadvantage to other players with higher level cards.

I can at least partly suspect the reason for my issue. I bought the Ultimate Edition using my other profile on the online Marketplace, and thus the Season Pass and the game belongs to my other profile. However, as I have made my Xbox that profile’s Home Xbox (aka Gamesharing) I can use this account which is my actual one to access all the stuff my other profile has bought, including Halo Wars 2 and all the DLC leaders. For every new leader that comes out, all I have to do is change to my other profile, find the leaders in the store and start installing them, then switch back to my main account and I’ll have those leaders available for me to play. I notice that my alternate profile that I used to buy the Season Pass can get the DLC leaders cards in Blitz packs, however my main account can’t.

So, can my problem be solved? Can anything be done to the game itself to change this, or must the Xbox support team actually change how my Home Xbox thingy is working? Can it be done?

The Season Pass only grants the ability to receive new leader packs to the profile that owns the Season Pass. When I asked the developers, they stated that this is the intentional design. It does grant the ability to play with the new leaders, which is useful in Standard MP, but it does make it difficult to play Blitz with level 1 cards.

Awww that stinks for me. Well, anyways thanks for poking around to help me clarify this!
