Not Receiving Commendation Specific REQ Packs

Has anyone had any problems with commendation packs not showing up?
I’m currently hunting emblems as it’s the only items I do not have 100% in (112/227).
Most of the emblems are unlocked through completing commendations.

The “Pivot” emblem is unlocked through completing the “Spartan Spree” commendation (Kill multiple enemy Spartans without dying), which I completed a long time ago. The reward for completing this commendation is the “Spartan Spree Pack” which has the Pivot emblem. I never recieved my commendation pack, and obviously not my emblem.

Has anyone else had this problem with certain commendation completion REQ packs?

Hi, yes I’ve had this problem with the Hunter commendation reward pack, for killing the standard bosses on Warzone.

When the match finished in which I should have earned it, there was a problem and the end of match stats didn’t publish. So I have completed the commendation but never gotten the reward pack. I’ve no idea what emblem I’ve missed because of this.

I’ve just checked and it should be the Predator emblem.
