not receiving any points anymore

Hi all,

Halo 4 is my first game of the franchise.
I’ve bought it on saturday as I needed a break from BF3 and actually was enjoying it quite a lot over the weekend.

But I yesterday noticed that I’m not getting any points anymore for matches played.

I already did get in contact with xbox live support who told me to check here regarding ‘xp caps’ or something like that.

Anyone can enlighten me please?

i also have stopped receiving points. It happened after a spartan ops matchmaking. So i am stuck at SR49 with the bar in the same position. Even after me doing 30+ matches. Someone needs ta fix this.

Welcome to the xp cap

There is a daily xp cap. Just wait a day and you should be able to get xp again.
