Yea my accounts are linked and it says I got the drop 5 days ago and it still hasn’t showed up in my game.

Any official statement on that? Also not getting my twitch drops. Since this is time limited. There currently is a huge change to never get that stuff

I’ve got the same issue. Strange enough, the victory pose showed up in game but nothing for the weapon and armor coatings. Everything is claimed on Twitch though.

I missed out on the first twitch rivals twitch drop but a previous tweet stated you could get another chance over the hcs Raleigh weekend. I got every drop for the hcs Raleigh event except the Get Milked nameplate. Hope we can still get it as was stated by an official Halo Twitter account but I’m not seeing it anywhere in Twitch drop campaigns over the course of this weekend
Claimed 6 days ago, still no Got Milked nameplate. All the HCS drops worked just fine however.
Submitted two tickets, first response gave me a default «we’re looking into it» response. The second reply asked me to unlink and re-link and report if it worked. I’ve tried that a few times already and sadly nothing, so I’ve let them know again, hoping for a fix soon

I didn’t see any official tweets saying the Got Milk would be avaliable this weekend.

If you look over on the original tweet promoting the Twitch Drop for the Get Milked nameplate, it states in the image near the bottom the next time to win would be during the hcs Raleigh. I’d post the image in the tweet but I’m new and can’t

Wanted to add to keep it going, same issue here. Got all other drops but for some reason the emblem does not work / show up in my inventory

Had no issues with all the HCS Drops (weapon/armor coatings & pose) but still nothing on the nameplate. Submitted a ticket a couple of days ago; I’ll keep posting if anything.

Sad to say we’ve had no official response, nor recieved any nameplates. It looks like the bug occurs regardless of when you link your account, so I don’t think it’s avoidable in the future.

Hey everyone,
Got a reply for my ticket a couple of hours ago. All it listed was a few steps to try to make the item appear. They didn’t work for me, but it did allow me to confirm that my Nameplate was not redeemed through Halo Waypoint despite it being claimed through Twitch. Here are those steps:
1. Confirm that the reward is listed in your Twitch Drops inventory: Inventory - Twitch
2. Confirm that the reward is listed as Claimed and that hovering your mouse over the check shows “Game account connected”
3. Go to your Waypoint redemption history and verify the items are listed: Redeem (halowaypoint.com)
4. Items should be listed as “Got Milked Bundle”
5. If not listed on the Waypoint history, your account was not connected correctly. You can try reconnecting via Halo Waypoint account settings: Settings (halowaypoint.com)
I let them know what the issue seems to be (Drop not redeemed through Halo Waypoint). Will keep you posted.

Got another reply for my ticket. It basically states that currently they don’t have any workarounds nor do they know when the issue will be resolved. That being said, they have logged this issue with the developers and will be keeping an eye on it. Here’s their message:
At this time, we don’t have a workaround and can’t predict when there might be a resolution, but your issue has been logged with our developers. They will use the information you provided during their investigation.
If this issue is resolved in an update, we will notify you. If not, your ticket may remain in an open state until a game update. We will check in with you whenever a game update is released to ensure that your issue is still occurring.
If our developers have a question for you or we discover a workaround, we may reach back out to you with questions or steps for you to try. If you discover a workaround yourself, please feel free to send it back to us! We can share that information with other players encountering the same issue and with our developers for further investigation.
Our developers look at issues which multiple people have reported so if you know others experiencing this issue, ask them to file a ticket at https://aka.ms/halosupport.
I urge all of you who were not able to claim the Nameplate to submit a ticket at https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and let them know about the issue. The more people that we have reporting on it, the better.

Hey there everyone,
Don’t know if it was this week’s reset, or it just took this long to register, but I finally received my Nameplate. Make sure you check your emblems! I found mine accidentally while scrolling through my armor emblems.
Don’t forget to submit a ticket at https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/requests/new if you still don’t have yours.

Finally got mine as well! HCS just tweeted that it should be fixed now. Huge props for them fixing a rather small issue like this!
