Not Received Twitch Drop Nameplate 'Got Milk'

I haven’t received my nameplate that I earned on December 14th for watching an hour of Twitch Rivals. I completed it, my Twitch confirms this. I linked my Twitch to 343 Studios via the link it gave. It’s definitely my Xbox account connected to my Halo Waypoint account. I made screenshots but can’t upload them as I’m “new”. Even though I’ve had this account for years…

I just really want to use this nameplate, what do I do? Has anyone else has this issue? I’ve tried unlinking and relinking and that didn’t work. Restarted the game many times. Not sure what else to do other than post about it. Thanks.

Yes. It links you directly to it.

I have not received mine either, accounts are linked and it shows in my Twitch inventory, just nowhere to be found in game =(

Same watched the hour needed and even more, claimed it on twitch and I linked my account but nothing. says I claimed it and all. honestly should have just made it a redeemable code

I have exactly the same problem, I already connected the accounts of twitch and halowaypoint and I have not received the drop

In the same boat here. Says it’s claimed on Twitch but can’t find it in game. I saw a couple people using it today but it’s no where to be seen in my emblems.

I did it on 2 accounts…one worked and one didn’t. It’s a crap nameplate reward anyway so if I could gift it to one of you guys I would.

Same issue here. Linked accounts and everything. I got drop on twitch but not showing up ingame for me.

Issue seems to occur when linking your account with Twitch after claiming the Drop (“Got Milk” Nameplate), which is what happened to me since I noticed my account wasn’t linked after the fact. Can confirm that this is the issue as I got the nameplate on a friend’s account by linking first, then claiming.

Hope they can fix this, I understand it’s all for a mere Nameplate, and there are more important things to focus on and fix, but this can and will be an issue with future Twitch Drops.

I am also seeing this, Twitch says it’s claimed and my accounts are linked but it’s not showing up in game. Bummed.

I have the same issue, Twitch account and Waypoint account are linked, got the drop and item appears in the Twitch inventory, this item can’t be found in game.

I doubt this. I made sure everything was linked long before i attempted to claim it and mine still hasnt showed up in game.

There’s been cool Nameplate drops on Twitch for a long time now. It makes them more exclusive & desirable in my opinion! :slight_smile:
