Not Permitted for Multiplayer

Hey Everyone. Let me be specific, I’m not asking for an appeal, but I’m just wondering what this issue is. When trying to join a Warzone or Arena match, it gives me the message “At least one player in your team is not permitted for multiplayer games.” It doesn’t specify a ban time, and as far as I know, I haven’t been flaming anyone, let alone enough for a permanent ban. Does anyone know what this error message means?

Any help would be appreciated.

Try a hard reset of your Xbox. Hold down the power button till it shuts off and then relaunch H5.

Yeah, I’ve seen this glitch before. Just do what LethalQ just said.

I think you are banned… the other guys are saying to do a hard reset. It might work but if it doesn’t make sure to please feed The ban thread also you can’t be permanently banned from halo 5. Your Xbox can get banned by Microsoft but halo will never perma ban.

Ah, thanks guys. Not sure why this error occured. Possibly because my Xbox has been on for a while.
Regardless, issue is solved now.

Issue is solved. All right then I didn’t think it would need a hard reset. Sorry for wasting your time.
