Then why am I signed into Xbox but offline when I go into Halo 5 Guardians just to collect the daily sign-in req pack? I haven’t signed in for 2 days to collect the pack, but now I’m offline and can only play the solo Campaign? I checked Xbox’s website and it says all games are online. You people at 343 are real pieces of work.

Correction: I wasn’t signed in, and I still can’t sign in. Error Code 0x40080900. Wow. Xbox suggests I reset my console, which would make me lose all my saved games (even the ones I paid for). Unbelievable. It’s not my router, since I am on it with my laptop. Over $1000 invested in an Xbox One X, Live Gold, controllers, and games, etc., and this is the treatment I get.

Correction to the correction: Just reset my wireless extender. Even though the light was solid white, indicating a solid connection, it wasn’t. I rebooted it, and my console is reconnected to the internet once again. I admit I was wrong. Sorry for wasting a few minutes of your life on this thread. Was looking for a way to delete it, but it doesn’t have that option. My apologies.
