I just paid the 7 bucks to get this installed on my win 8.1 pc. It says its installed but I get a error as soon as the game tries to load.
It says to go to Microsoft store. got to settings and go to accounts and preferences. But that’s the problem. There is no accounts and preferences section that I can see. Can someone please help me with this.
i am getting this same error message. i have tried all of the steps on the windows website. i have also contacted their support and have talked to 8 different people. it seems no-one has a solution to this issue.

Right click the mouse while you’re in the store. You should see a drop down menu. Or you can bring your mouse to the upper right or lower right corner of the screen to bring up a menu while still in the store. Just click settings and you can see preferences.
Hey guys sorry to be a noob but I need help. Every time I try to play an xbox game I download from the store on my windows 8 computer it can never seem to be able to log into my xbox account. The notification comes up every time I try to play. Does any know why this is happening and how to fix it? Id really appreciate some help
If you are getting an error, can you supply the exact error (including any error codes)?
