No other halo is like this.
It used to be that casuals could play alone and their effort mattered.
Now join a match without a party lose almost every game.
But now they are always faced with socials and competitives.
(Socials are competitive just not as organised)
…
Large parties should face other parties not a heard of randoms without mics.
Halo 5’s matching doesn’t care about single players.
Just pairs singles on one team and a party on the other. (To feed them wins)
Can’t be in a party all day all the time.
By solo match do you mean FFA? I’m confused.

Solo means not in a party / fireteam of 1.

Is losing 3/5 unexpected? The law of averages would suggest you would either win 2 or 3 and thusly lose 2 or 3. You can’t win em all, buddy.
I don’t understand you only seem to play war zone? If playing alone happens a lot maybe find a more active company? I know no matter when I sign on I always have at least three others to play with
3/5 is an example.
It’s more like 4/5.
In warzone and warzone assault, it’s always a blowout.
One side has dominance the whole game.
Nothing you do will change the outcome.
…
Constantly being out numbered cuz half your team is dead.
And at the end of the game you hear the other team actially had people with a mic.
I play solo, in WZ, its a mixed bag. My win % is 51%. You are not going to win every game, if you play with a FT your winning % should go up because you can presumably coordinate.
I stay from arenas solo except FFA, I go solo WZ sometimes I win sometimes I dont, doesnt bother me when i loss the match but I got decent kills.
I lose something like 12/13 while solo and 5/9 in a party.

Right, and the team of 12 is winning 4/5 instead of losing 4/5 for a reason. People are gunning for that armor through spartan companies - so you are going to see 12 man teams much much much more than you would have before - it’s expected. Don’t like, join one and fight fire with fire - there really isn’t any other solution than to quit warzone for the time being.
TBH - I’m fine with the warzone problems because it’s an unranked and unbalanced crap fest of who has the most and biggest guns. Ranked though, teams of 4 should only play teams of 4 for better rank consistency across the board (halo 3 style).

Even if you can’t be in party all the time - in general - in party you SHOULD win more than when you play solo. Bad teammates are still better than average randoms in my experience.

Oh, the team effort still does matter - it just takes more now. Skill gap is down - so a good player can’t dominate a team of averages like they could in halo 3. Now you have to be great to do that. Teamwork in general has always been the equalizer vs good/great individual players.
