About 30 minutes ago I purchased a 10x gold pack and didn’t receive them. Seriously, what’s the deal with u guys? Fix your damn problems. You’re losing fans quick.

The same thing happened to me, I have to call Xbox support > technical support to get my money back.
It just happend for me =[
Hey folks, if your packs haven’t shown up try hard resetting your Xbox One. Hold in the power button for 30 seconds, unplug the power brick for 1 minute and then switch everything back on again. The packs should show up under your unopened packs. You can also double check your unopened REQ packs here in Waypoint to see if they have shown up there
