I have recently unlocked the Whispered Truth Magnum in a daily login pack, yet it doesn’t appear in my collection, nor does it let me use it in Warzone. I’ve heard other people having issues with the REQ packs and it is getting annoying after you unlock something amazing and the game doesn’t let you use it. I also purchased a REQ warzone vehicles pack a while back for about $5 and when I tried to open it, it failed and asked me to retry. when I did, the game said I had already opened this pack and wouldn’t give i bought.
Edit: the whispered truth now appears in my collection and it showed up in warzone. Although that issue is fine, the other issue with purchasing a pack still exists.
