Ok, so recently my brother purchased the Warzone premium pack, two things were wrong though… He did not get the two packs after purchase, nor did he get the two packs today on Monday, the day you get them. Now the reason I ask is because I purchased the pack months ago and it was fine, but I think I know the issue, but have no solution, you see, My brother and I have two Xboxs in the same household, same wi-fi, he is the Home Xbox of the two. so a week ago he went to purchase the pack only to find that it only needed to be installed, after installing it, he should have gotten the two packs but did not, we waited for today and he still did not get any packs, I don’t know how to fix this as it seems to have given it to him when I bought it, so did he miss out on all the packs or am I missing something?
It only goes one per account and only last 7 weeks. You downloaded those packs once already and therefore they cannot be used again. That be like you typing in the code off of a pre-purchase card twice

but this is not my account trying to get the pack, its my brothers account, a different account with separate email and everything. could it be due to the Xboxs working in a synced Home Xbox/ Non home Xbox? I am trying to help him.

hmmmm well its obvious nothing is happening due to the game registering it was bought once already. Ok so, his xbox is the home console, is there only one copy of halo 5 between the two consoles?

yes, we do this for all digital games we both want, then just split the pay 50%
All those games are bought on my Xbox. Which is not the Home.

ok then that is the reasoning, i was wrong, its not 1 pack per account but 1 per copy of the game. If he wants he could do the arena bundle though that is only for cosmetics and arena boosts.

no problem, ya ask them about the arena pack. It should be open to purchase though I am not 100% on that.
I just thought, since what ever he buys does not transfer to me, if he buys the pack first, would that still allow me to get it?
EDIT: fixed it, went to support and they helped me out.
