I haven’t received my Warzone Firefight Update Req Pack and I don’t get any gold packs from winning games in Warzone Firefight. I tried restarting Halo but it didn’t work. Anyone else having this problem?

I’ve received my req packs.
All I got was 2 silvers
I haven’t received my update REQ pack, but I have gotten the gold packs for winning

my wasp i got in the pack isnt showing up in game
I’m having the same problem here, i got the achievement for five firefight wins too, but no req packs.
Reqs broken last night and I’ve gotten at least 5 free golds not including the 3 from winning 5 matches I’ve only played four, also got about 6 free silver packs…once again only played 4 matches so far and it rained packs on me 
The req packs are very glitchy right now. I’ve gotten 4 gold packs by winning only 2 matches. And I even got a gold by LOSING
I’ve gotten my update pack and received gold packs from winning, but starting last night I’ve only been getting promotion and commendation packs.
You guys need to do a hard reset (unplug your xb1 power for 10 secs after it’s off, plug back in and power up). I had similar issues as some of you and this fixed it all up for me.
Same, I recived 3-5 gold req packs in some games, but now when I win, I ididn´t recive anything 
It rained packs on me and then stopped due to commendations and winning games (you get packs at 1 win, 5, and 10). I need 15 more wins then I’ve finished all the Firefight commendations, I’ll receive 5 golds packs for that.
I think i got mine a win early, gor 5 golds the other day and just got my tenth win today but no packs lol
I used to get them for winning but I have won about 6 games now and haven’t gotten a single gold req pack at all. Just commendations.
