Not Getting Warden Kill Commendation

I have been able to kill Warden but my Warden Commendation doesn’t go up. Only the boss kill commendation go up, can someone tell me why that is?

You actually have to get the final shot on Warden. The legendary boss kill commendations include assists on those kills. However, you can only progress your specific enemy kill commendations by getting the actual kill. Pretty silly imo, but there’s your explanation.

However I agree that it is stupid and I myself cant get the last 3 warden kills I need because of it!!!

This feature is so stupid because there is no way of telling you got the final shot or assist.

You’re lucky, I still need 7

I have had this issue with warden. It looks like there are times when you will get the medal but no credit if you are not inflicting damage when it dies. Make sure you are still standing and inflicting heavy damage at the end. SMG has worked for me.
