Not getting the HWC Pack

I watched the event on Twitch, but it’s not awarding me the Req pack. Why?

Have to search req in the game app search bar and download the HWC content.

Seems that there were some issues with it. Just download it from the marketpalce:

I got mine downloaded from the store but its not showing up in the game.
