So, my Spartan company is nearing the completion of the Achilles helmet, but I noticed something- my company finished another commendation but I didn’t receive a company commendation pack for completing it. I would like to figure this out asap in order to fix it (if neccessary) before my company completes the grind. Thanks for your help!
Is this your first Spartan Co.? You can only receive company commendation rewards once per account, no matter how many different companies you join.
This is not my first company (but I believe it is my first time completing level 5 coms for that specific commendation)

I think it’s more likely that you already got the commendation reward for this particular commendation and forgot about it than it is that the game forgot to award it to you at all.
Aside from the Warzone Firefight commendation rewards, commendation rewards in general are pretty lackluster, especially Co. ones (hence why they’re easy to forget). Even if it was a bug, the most you’d miss out on is probably a few rare REQs.
