Not getting season points when I rank up

I’ve cleared some ranks and I haven’t been awarded any season points. Any one else experiencing this?

Yes ive ranked up twice and have no season points for either rank please fix this! :c

if you’ve ranked up 100 times and have attained enough to unlock the entire reach armory, you have to rely entirely on challenges from now on, for some reason.
