I bought the $99.99 gold bundle and have received no packs and have been billed also checked collections nothing was added.
Any help would be appreciated i really want my req packs i love playing the game
This is the second post from me about this issue. Money was taken out of my bank account and I received no product in return. I would ask that this be resolved in the next 24 hours or I would like a refund. If this happened in a physics store the place would be out of business. This is not acceptable. Either provide me the product that I paid for or give me the money back. There are no other options in this case.
The excuse about skipping the opening packs animation is not acceptable. I don’t, as I’m sure nobody does, have a record of exactly what reqs
i had before the purchase so if they went in automatically without me opening them I don’t know it and unless you can prove they did then I still have not received what I paid for.

I am also having this issue. I have bought 3 packs this week and nothing has shown up. But money has left my account. An update on this issue would be nice
