I purchased the arena pack over a week ago. And i have only received one pack from the bundle. idk if im doing something wrong or if its messed up does anyone know how to fix this issue or having the same problem as i am?
Hi OP, Arena packs are released every week. You get 2 packs oer week for a total of 7 weeks. The next 2 packs should drop some time tomorrow

I’m havig the same problem, and what I can gather so is a lot of people. I really hope they fix this soon I don’t want to have wasted my money on nothing.
I’m having the same problem as well, I purchased my bundle about three weeks ago and only got two weeks worth, just had a conversation with Microsoft and it was confirmed that I purchased it, need help.
