Not getting my promotion chip.

So when I get promoted my rank goes up but I don’t get a chip to unlock some new customizations. I believe I’ve been promoted 3 times now and this has happened. Is there a limit I don’t know about or something?

I assume by “chip” you mean Season Point? Once you go past the hundredth rank the only way to get Season Points is by the challenges.

As in I can barely get promoted now, cause there are not that many season points through challenges unless i’m missing something.
