I’ve been featured in the Halo Community Spotlight on September 20th but I’m not receiving the Skin or the Nameplate.

@GrimBrotherOne tagged me in a Tweet that they need my Gamertag and I replied. After that I waited for a while and sent another Tweet to him asking when I will receive it and he replied that he will look into it “tomorrow”. This was 19 days ago and now I’m just getting ignored on Twitter.
Is there anyone who could help me out on this or do I just need to wait??
I also have another problem; I have attended the HCS Live Event and I have never got my animated HCS Emblem. I registered my Gamertag like I was instructed to but nothing. This is getting really frustrating…
