Ok so hopefully you guys can help me out. I’ve recently purchased a Halo Legendary Crate and linked my Microsoft account to the Lootcrate account. When I check my linked accounts on Microsoft it says it’s connected and I have not received anything. I’ve contacted Lootcrate who told me that it was Microsoft’s problem, then contacted Microsoft who I talked to for 2 hours and in th need they told me it was a problem with Lootcrate. I told them that Lootcrate told me it was Microsoft’s problem in which they told me to contact 343. I went on 343s page and couldn’t find any support from them only Microsoft support. I then tried the Halo subreddit as I saw that someone got helped with a similar issue by a 343 employee so I posted asking for help. That was 3 days ago and nobody has responded. I’m really hoping you guys can help, thanks!
