Not getting items from a Req Pack.

I’ve managed to finish unlocking my common unlocks via bronze packs, but still have not received the Nadir emblem. The servers were not being cooperative and said i purchased (presumably my final) bronze pack. The problem is that the game then said that i couldn’t open the pack and to try again later. When i tried again later it said i’d already opened the pack, but had not received anything from it.

Any advice or assistance regarding this matter would be appreciated.

Eventually Halo 5 will catch up and automatically unlock these items without any notification. Usually a game restart will force this.

Could you try restarting Halo 5 and let me know if this unlocks the emblem for you? If not, could you try opening a new Bronze pack or even a Silver pack to see if this helps?
