So, about a week ago I wasn’t able to turn in custom challenges on the Waypoint website, but now I can. Unfortunately, even though I turn in the custom challenges, I’m not being awarded the credits I deserve. And yes, I have waited until the challenge expires as well. If anyone can tell me what is wrong, or if Waypoint is still experiencing issues, that would be great. Thank you.
As far as I know this issue has been going on for over a year now. 343i says they are working on fixing the issue, but with H4 and H5 development taking much of their time is difficult to say when that will actually be. There are a lot of us that are eagerly awaiting this getting fixed, but it seems patience will have to be required here. Maybe it would be a good idea for 343i to have a team dedicated to fixing technical, game oriented problems with the website. Compartmentalized for each game the site supports. That way when simultaneous issues crop up over multiple games they don’t have to ignore one because of priority conflicts. Fans are your lifeblood 343i, listen to them.
