Not getting arena packs

I bought the arena req bundle pack and only recieved one pack. I have done all of the trouble shooting that xbox has said to try and still nothing.

yes it was.

I think 343 needs to fix micro-transaction REQ packs. I don’t buy them, partly because they shouldn’t make you pay to unlock stuff faster. Other because I can’t afford it.
