I got the skull Eye Patch in Halo CE in Master Chief Collection. It shows that I can pick the skull to use in gameplay but did not get achievement or gamer points. My son was playing on his xbox one and he got the achievement. I went back to get the skull again like I had to do for the Fog skull but the eye patch skull was not there.
