Not getting a season point for ranking up

Good day,

I used to get one season point for ranking up, I’m no longer getting them from about ten rank ups. My mate is still getting them and we are the same rank bracket. How do I fix this? I only play twice a week from work and feel like I’m missing out on cosmetics.

Once you rank up past the first 100 levels, you no longer receive SP from leveling up.
