Its simple as that, its been over 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten my code for the tanker jacket in my waypoint notifications. I can confirm that I have completed the entrenched event but still have not been given a code. this really sucks because this was one of the halo gear store items I actually really liked. I see 2 possible explanations for this outside of the system being broken. 1: Waypoint grants you codes and stuff once every 24 hours, this happened when I was redeeming some codes for halo Infinite (AR and armor coating) and the items didn’t show up in my inventory, but I got up the next morning and they were there, so I was fine with it. there is a chance that my notifications refreshing (once every 24 hours) is really stretched out (early morning yesterday, and late afternoon today, as of posting this on 7/27/22 at 6:46 PM EST). the 2nd possibility is that the system must detect when i finish the entrenched pass, so maybe when entrenched rolls around again (4th week) it will detect that the pass is finished and give me my code afterwards. Could anyone else let me know if this is happening to you of if you know how to fix it? I’ve tried opening the game to see if that helps. [EDIT] its been over 3 days and I still haven’t gotten the code, if anyone has a solution or a way to help please let me and the community know in the comments.
I think you’re right that you’ll have to wait for Week 4.

Finally I found a solution, I used Chrome browser in PC to emulate Iphone 12 Pro (Inspect->Dimensions Iphone 12 Pro) and I can see the redeem code.

I have already received the notification in the Waypoint Notification System but I’m not able to open the notification so I can’t see my code. I tried in iPhone and Android and there is no way to open the notification to see the rewards code.
Anyone with the same issue or with any idea about how to solve that issue?

For my part I got the notification by opening the HaloWaypoint app. but impossible to open it… Returning to the website my notif appeared there
Same here, I completed it a long time ago. I log in everyday on the game and the waypoint but get no notification.

Yes, like everyone else has said, I finished the entrenched pass last time it was active, and didn’t know to look for the code until now, and I’m not seeing anything. I am downloading the mobile app to see if that does anything

Same situation here. Completed the event pass during week 3, and still no code. Is it possible the codes expire over time and I just missed it?
I got a notification on my phone that said my code was waiting for me in the Waypoint app. Sure enough the notification is there under the bell looking icon in the top corner but once inside I can’t open the notification to read it so I can’t get the code.
Any ideas?
I finished the entrenched event last time it came around and I have no notifications on either the waypoint app or the website. 343 can’t do (or explain) anything correctly.
