I couldn’t find any support number, email, or ticket system, so I am making a post about my issue. If this is the wrong place for this, please let me know where I can find help.
I cannot get my EXP to change in Halo 3. I have been playing Social Slayer, but my EXP is stuck at 1, even though I made sure that I won at least 7 matches for the 7 on 7 achievement. The number of Social Matches that I’ve played is also stuck at 1, even though I have played about 15 matches today. I won 7 matches this morning and just recently got back on the game to see if it needed time to update my Service Record, but it’s still at 1 EXP. Looking for help online hasn’t helped. Please let me know if you need any other information and thanks for your help.
