I’m not gaining any CSR for winning matches, nor do I lose rank for losing. I’ve won 10 or so in a row without gaining a single CSR point. A friend of mine has the same problem. Sucks, because I deserve to gain rank, but don’t Anybody has a solution?

Really wish they would fix it as Onyx division is completely pointless at the moment.
When you win are your opponents at a comparable CSR?
The initial ranking system is bugged for me in Breakout.
After winning 5 out of 10 games, I got ranked bronze 1 and now I’m unable to find a game unless I join a friends game.

I have reported the ranking bug over and over with pictures with proof , side by side comparisons to one person who is not bugged to a person that is… and all I get from 343 is a threat from Ka Five forum moderator that they are going to ban me if I keep posting about it. It’s sad to be quite honest, my only goal is to help get this problem fixed because the way it is right now, the game is broken for many… and it’s really unfortunate because I really love this game…
I’m sure this post will get edited as well and i’ll most likely get banned for disclosing the terrible customer service of me receiving a ban threat for posting about a bug… but if that’s the way it’s gonna be than I don’t want any part of this game or company anymore.

Experiencing the same thing. It started happening the other day. I’ll win multiple games against people ranked higher than me and my onyx ranking wont budge. Since that day my onyx rank has yet to go up in team arena a single time.
Still not gaining any points for ranking up, but lost 30 point for a random disconnect. So fair…
