The last time I had this issue was at launch and never after that. But since last Friday I can not find any matchmaking games. I have checked my connection, I can play other games in matchmaking with no issues, and I have seen other posts explaining this issue since last Friday as well.
I had this same issue. Looking through the forums I found a post stating that this may be caused by installing the Wireless Display Preview app if you are a xbox preview member. After uninstalling the app and power cycling my xbox matchmaking started working again.

THANK YOU!!! I uninstalled the wireless app and went through a power cycle, and I can find games again.
