Not everyone will receive the email and this is so sad and frustrating, because people rely to these emails to know if they were accept in the Flight or not.
Either way, most of people will receive the email, but some won’t even being accepted! Last time I was accept but I didn’t receive the email as everyone else (also some of my friends) but we were in the flight. The only two ways to know is:
By the notifications here in the HaloWaypoint;
Or via Xbox Insider Hub, where you will have to join the Flight tests;
Both ways will only be available to check when the Flight is already on.
I think 343i needs to fix this URGENTLY, because it’s causing stress within the fans. Or don’t send the emails, or send to all people
Personally this is really good to hear, this is my first flight experience and I’m super excited but constantly worried as hearing “everyone is getting invited” and then not getting an email feels really wack and can feel like I’m pulling the suuuuper short straw.
Yup, checked checked and double checked. All areas are green, I’ve gotten the emails verifying my sign up, signed up well before the 13th, etc. Checked my email religiously too haha.
Granted I did sign up more recently than most so maybe I’m just really low on the email line.
EDIT: Only area not green is console flighting, but PC is cause that’s what I game with.
Guys it’s called waiting patientily and yes those who got confirmed emails, a little history on these programs especially over whelming popular programs the system is slow once verified process batch emails are sent I use outlook.com the Large batch arrives then like post office sends it out this could be slowed by the amount emails it could get stuck. You might see invite after the tech preview. My point is this part of the process is slow.
Yes, the OP is correct. They need to fix this somehow. Last flight I never received an email but got the waypoint message. This flight, no email, so I’ll just wait for the waypoint message again. It’s frustrating, especially since both times my best friend got the email no problem and I have only gotten emails for the MCC flights.
My past experience the preview builds just showed up reguardless of an email I’ve been checking Xbox Insider hub previews section search the store if the permissions are there it shows up. , goes back to waiting

Everyone is supposed to be invited for both upcoming flights happening late Sep/early Oct according to the Inside Infinite blog

I have my email verified for 3 years already. It’s just what it’s. Not everyone receives those emails… For the Halo MCC flights all the emails are coming normally
