The battle pass was advertised as an addition. but for free players there’s barely anything besides challenge rolls and visor colors and a few armor pieces/attachments. Theres only two helmets for free which look present similar to the starting helmets. And they’re also locked till around tier 80. No simple small amount of 100 credits. Its almost entirely challenge rolls and very few customization options, and feels lacking for free players.

Strongly agree; the free items are almost nonexistent.
Halo infinite does a lot better than H5 but also follows H5 in a lot of ways including greedy monitization and lacking core features that older Halo titles intoduced.

I agree. I’m not asking for a ton of free stuff per level, but I think we can easily get a few more free loot in the game rather than having to drop $20 on a armor set etc.
I’m wondering personally if they’re holding back a lot of base content for full release.
