I’ve tried to purchase the Spartan Armory req pack a few times now, and every time I do it says I’m “not eligible”. I’m not sure why this would be. I even tried adding my credit card to my account, after previously trying to pay with paypal, but that didn’t change anything.

^ if this fails I would contact Xbox live support as it may be something account related that is stopping the purchase.
I tried the restart and that didn’t help, and I don’t know what would be wrong with my account since this is the first purchase I’ve tried to make on it…
