Not detecting old games

Hi there. I just logged into Halo Waypoint and noticed that despite linking with my XBL account, it’s not detecting any of the old games I played (ODST and Halo 3).

You can still see the achievements I have for those games in my XBL account, but a few things have changed with my account: I didn’t have XBL for a few years and also changed my gamertag and email associated with the account (still the same account though, hence the achievements).

Any fix or any other accounts I can sync to fix this?

Hey OP, this will be due to your gamertag / email change, older games aren’t able to automatically sync things up like Halo 4 and 5 can. If you still have access to the games, you can go back and play something for a little bit - campaign, multiplayer, forge, customs. As long as you’re connected to Xbox Live when you do, everything should sync up again shortly after that. Can possible take a few days, but as long as it’s the same account then everything should match up eventually
