Not connected to Xbox Live

When clicking on Multiplayer then Find Game I receive an error message that states I am not connected to Xbox Live when I am.

I have tried the following:

  • Closing / Restarting Game- Restart Xbox- Unplug / Power Cycle Xbox- Sign Out / Back In- Sign In on Another Profile- Switch Wired / WirelesslyI own a Digital Copy of MCC and have faced this error many times but doing one of the above usually fixes it temporarily.

Anyone else having this issue?

I believe I have fixed the issue!

When using an Alternate MAC Address, my Xbox will connect to the internet, but MCC does not recognize it. My Xbox was acting kind of funny earlier and so I set up my internet with an Alternate MAC Address. After an hour of fidgeting with it, I finally got my Xbox to work without the Alternate MAC. I have been able to connect to friends lobbies and Matchmaking games.

343 still should address this issue as my game was not playable using an Alternate MAC Address.
