Not Connected to Xbox Live

When I launch MCC, I am able to log in but can not play multiplayer. It throws up and error and says that I am not connected to Xbox Live and not able to access this feature. Anyone know the fix to this? Tried it on 2 different accounts.

Did you ever find a solution?

Xbox live is having issues right now, also if you never played on a xbox console try to open all the xbox live ports

You need to turn relay on then off then save settings.

same problem
tried the relay option like you said chinito but it’s still not working

If you have a VPN make sure it’s off

I had the same error and forgot i was connected. Disconnected the VPN, Relaunched MCC and it worked.

Hope that helps

no vpn
toggled relay
even switched to lan and back (saving settings each time)

nothing. My ports are forwarded but all I get is “not connected to xbox live”
Im logged into gamebar tho (which is basically XBL for win10)

It randomly started working on it’s own yesterday but I can’t replicate it, tried everything can’t connect no multiplayer.

Which ports are those?
Do I need a static ip?

Depends what you mean by Static, Static as in your House/Modems IP no, you can have a dynamic IP, the only one that should be static for Port forwarding is your internal IP you receive from your router. So you would want to set a static internal IP for you PC which would be a 192.168.X.X, then you forward your ports to that internal IP (your PCs internal IP)

I’m having the same issue as well. I’ve tried all of the following, without any success.

Tried different ISP’s as well just in case, no luck.

Tried signing out then back in, no luck.

Toggled Relay on then off, no luck

Changed network to LAN then back to XBOX LIVE, no luck.

Same problem. Getting desperate.

Same problem, even did a fresh reinstall of windows 10. but still xbox is logging in perfectly in every other app but just not in MCC launcher.

Same here. I can’t even open the game. Stuck on the ‘can’t sign into XBL’ screen at the start with no pop-up to sign in.
I can’t believe nothing has been done about this. Very dissapointed

That didn’t seem to work either.
I set my local IP to static and forwarded the following ports to my local IP:
88, 3074, 53, 80, 500, 3544, and 4500.

Did everyone else have to do this before playing?

So your PC is set to a specific internal IP now? a 192.168.x.x ip? (some times called static route depending on MFG)

No I never had to do this but sometimes it helps people

Still nothing.

I followed this guide and made sure to use the ports it listed for steam.

Yes I added my desktop IP to the DHCP reservations list.

I have the same problem, it worked fine up until now. Hope they fix it soon!
