Hello everyone i need help, i want to play Halo Wars 2 But i havent been able to play it since september 2017, i wrote to the a lot of people even reported the problem directly with microsoft games, no one could help me, i even installed in 3 different gaming pcs using my profile and everything and yet i havent been able to play it, my pc is updated with the latest programs. What can i do? i only played the game 20 hours almost and i never played pvp just the campaign, am i banned or something? If anyone could help me i would really apreciate it.
