Ok so I am at my wit’s end…
I finally get the game onto my Xbox, get the update (that wasn’t available for some time for some reason…), and get to the main screen.
“Press A To Continue”
I press “A”
“Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite”
What in the ACTUAL HELL is going on?
I played a match earlier today. lost my connection to the Halo server somehow, and now we are back here again
Had this happen earlier today, have you tried rebooting your console by holding the power button on the system for about 10 seconds and then powering back on and relaunching the halo infinite insider app? This worked for me
multiple times
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I have also backed out of the insider program and signed back in.
And combinations therein.
All to no avail
Only other thing I remember trying was launching halo infinite insider and then launching xbox insider hub while halo infinite insider app was running, then checking the halo infinite insider tab in the hubs previews tab clicking manage and seeing that under group it had a dot filled in next to preview. Then I closed out infinite insider and xbox insider hub and re launched infinite insider.
Hope this helps you, otherwise try a Support ticket on the support site.

i wrote a ticket… this sucks
If it’s saying not authorized, uninstall it from your console, reinstall and, before launching the game, reboot your console. It should be able to launch and not do the not authorized thing. If it stills does it at some point, just close it out and try it again. If you have multiple accounts logged in, log out of all but the one attached to your Waypoint account

I have done all that. a couple times actually. and I only have one account, so no issue there either. I filed a ticket.
