I’ve been invited to the Insider flight for ODST, but I cannot access insider support to view the flight schedule or submit any technical issues I’ve encountered. Thankfully I’ve encountered no issues in game yet, but would like to be able to report them should they come up!
Make sure that you are signing in with the GT/email you use for flighting - this can differ from the email associated with your gamertag, so be sure to check your Insider profile if you have a different email for communication. 99% of the time getting “access denied” on the Insider Support site means that you are not accessing it with the correct account.
