So you made another post to tell us to try something that doesn’t work? Great.
Are you guys hard resetting? Use the restart console or hold the power button down to reset. Otherwise the console is just in standby mode.
Yeah restarting didn’t do anything for me, I even unplugged for a full minuet it to be sure it was completely off and cleared of its memory. What did fix it for me was…
Uninstalled the insider app and reinstalled it,
when I selected the halo infinite preview it took me back to the store to download it (it said I owned it but I clicked it anyways) it then downloaded another very short quick update.
From there it let me in
People are excited and want to play, its the first day if you don’t want to see al these forum posts stay off halowaypoint for the day.
Perhaps check if your consoles are set to instant on. That might help avoid constant restarts if you’re set to energy saving mode, might be worth a try.
