Not as fun as the first week.

So I don’t want to break out into a long rant that’ll go nowhere fast, but I just feel like a gotta get this one complaint I have off of my chest.
Currently the BR starts are not nearly as fun/interesting as the AR starts were in the first week of the beta.

I mean I like BR’s as much as the next guy but when everyone starts with them, I dunno the game just feels so campy and… well boring to be honest. I mean ever since the BR starts started up I just haven’t played nearly as much as I did in the first week of the beta. I know I can hop on Breakout for the SMG starts but that mode is pretty ‘meh’ so I don’t really want to do that.

Anyway its just my two cents about the weapon starts right now, anybody else feel this way or am I alone on this?

Oh by the by, does anybody know if its going to stay BR starts for the last week? Or is it gonna be AR again, or something different?

I was totally into the beta during the 1st week and was excited to constantly play it.

Now Im playing Destiny Fat Cry and Styx Master of Shadows (pretty good buy right now)

The beta like you said is more boring with BR starts and I too hope the final week will have AR starts as that was more fun

The game got old fast. They should add BTB to freshen things up.

It feels so monitions. Same BR kill over and over. Flank and clean up. Get flanked/ get cleaned up. over and over and over and over.

With BR starts it seems power weapons have lost almost all value. Their is NO need to “control power weapons to dominate the enemy team”. This game is 90% position. Kind of like… you know, that other shooter.

Halo 5 can start with whatever gun they want if Sprint is still in the game… since it won’t affect me in the slightest.
If I was interested in Halo 5, a.k.a. Sprint removed, I’d be fighting relentlessly for the BR.

Thruster seems to be the real game breaker. Instant cover, from up to about 15ft away, with the push of a button. Nearly all kills must be chased down.

BR starts completely kills variety, the only weapons you should pick up are power weapons otherwise you’ll just get killed.

Even power weapons are devalued. I actually do better when I ignore all other weapons.

Same here. The Br near omni-potency makes it hard to pick up any other weapon. (I also just suck with snipers but shhhh)

I only played two matches before I had to quit and protect my brain cells, so I didn’t know if Thruster detracted from gameplay or not.
I can totally see it, though, and that’s why I was pretty disgusted when I saw the reveal on MCC night.
