Not Allowing You To Modify Controls

I am very disappointed to find out, as a reward for me buying the Xbox For Windows version, that I do NOT get to edit my keyboard controls, despite seeing people being able to do so in the Steam version. Please, release an update and fix this. The default controls are NOT comfortable.

I have same issue. I would like to use a game pad instead off keyboard. How can that be done?
