Anyone else ever go through issues where they can’t use any reqs during gameplay? Not even switching the base weapons like SMG’S and battle rifles. It really pisses me off when that happens.
Yeah this happens to me, usually in a JIP match.
yeah, just happened to me three times, once during FF and then twice in a row during WZA and regular Warzone.
Seeing in warzone almost everyone only using pistols and ARs. Only a few players are able to spawn anything.
I am also experiencing this issue today. Past few matches, I have been unable to change my weapons.
You guys are probably experiencing the “Retrieving Data” error. In that case, try these solutions:
- A hard reset (Hold down the power button on the console until it shuts off. Wait until the fan goes quiet, then turn it back on) - Restarting your internet (Find your modem / router and unplug it for 10 seconds. After that, plug it back in and wait for a few minutes to regain your connection)
No, it’s not the old “retrieving data” issue. It’s new today. You can’t access the menus when you have the retrieving data issue. I can tonight, but the selections I make do not happen. Load outs and power weapons/vehicle selection do not occur even though I’m able to select them.
the issue occurred roughly at the same time as discounted req packs. Perhaps a coincidence.

I’ve played 2 games of firefight then reset my game and I still have the same issue

Same here… Yesterday also. Some players have reqs some don’t… Not much fun running around with a Pistol and AR when half everyone else has power weapons and vehicles. A BR would even be nice.
Hard reset twice, hit the damn thing a hammer, nothing helps. “343 strikes again.”
Typically when this happens you just can’t play warzone for a bit. Just chill in the Arena, Customs, or Forge until the issue is fixed.

Hard reseting didn’t worked? I’m about to hard reset to see if it gets better
That’s five matches now. Unlike the retrieving data issue, hard resets etc don’t fix it. Other players have access to Loadouts/Reqs, but not me. Perhaps OP can request a move of the thread to Support and we’ll see if anything can be done
